We are so grateful to Tony and the Unique Flooring team! Our condo floors look amazing- no more carpet and it’s consistent through the whole space. Tony gave helpful input when comparing different options and making a decision. He’s very efficient- he got everything ordered and was able to start right away. He checked in with us throughout the process to give updates and was always responsive. After tearing the old flooring up, they found some big gaps and uneven areas that needed to be leveled out. Even with that unexpected work, everything was done quickly. Their workmanship is high quality and they made the whole process seem easy. This is the second time we used Tony and his crew. The first was for carpet. The installation was quick. The carpet gorgeous. This last project was to tile a bathroom. Tony was amazing helping me select tile and informing of sizes etc. and the installation was perfection. I can tell the installer takes pride in his work. And it shows and then some. Everyone who has seen the tile has told me how skilled the installer was and how gorgeous the bath is! We will have to complete the bath. But you can see from photo how great the tile work is! Tony kept me up to date with the project. The team was upfront with the plans. Everyone who I worked with was kind and communicative. The work completed was excellent. We had a flood issue and the team at Unique flooring matched my current flooring in our hallway, closet and living room. They were able to fix one area not related to the flood. We requested for our stairs to be transformed from carpet to wood laminate and they were able to match that as well. I would highly recommend unique flooring
