I contacted John mid year of 2009. I had been laid-off late August of 2008. It took me till June of 2009 to find another job. During that time I expended all of my savings and 401k trying to keep my house payments current. On top of that I had credit card bills that were pulling up along with an equity line of credit that was attached to the loan. With John’s help, we were able to file for bankruptcy and get approved. So, fast forward approximately a year and a half later and I’m calling up John looking for help because I’m behind again.
