Highly disappointing experience. I interacted with Roosevelt Law Center, and specifically William, and unfortunately the communication was extremely poor. Emails and calls regularly went unanswered despite repeated follow-ups and explicit promises to get back to me. Ultimately, I was left without any solution or guidance after significant delays, which created unnecessary stress and wasted time. Reliability and responsiveness are critical when dealing with legal matters, and this fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend Roosevelt Law Center based on my experience.

The Roosevelt Law Center is a special place that has professional and caring team members. I needed help with my mortgage company in the worse way possible and Craig (Compliance Department) went above and beyond to help me and my family. In coordination with Brent Miller at the Homeowner Protection Alliance, I worked with Lisa Taylor from Roosevelt. Lisa was friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to...not like many law firms that are formal and stiff. She walked me through the details of what would happen, and when it came time to talk with the lender to verify details, she was there to support. She stayed in touch to let me know what was going on along the way, and celebrated with me when our loan was approved with modifications. Lisa was instrumental in saving our home from foreclosure. We are so thankful for firms like yours, and people like you who care and want to help when we are in a bind. If you are having difficulties with your mortgage payments and/or lender, I highly recommend working with Brent at the Homeowners Protection Alliance and Lisa at the Roosevelt Law Center. I recently had a consultation with William, he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He was able to guide me in the right direction before trying to litigate on a condo in Florida my wife and I had sold and given a private mortgage on.
