My tenant asked for A/C service and Randy came out as scheduled. He checked out the central A/C top to bottom and charged exactly what was quoted. Can't beat that! I'll be calling Rand Aire for A/C and heating repairs from now on. Very nice to deal with!

You won't find a better crew. Anywhere! Rand Aire was referred to us by another happy customer many years ago. From the very first call, they have continually surpassed our expectations. Polite. Timely. Careful. Professional. It just doesn't get any better than that!

Randy and his team never disappoint. I had air conditioning and heat done by a split unit. He is so professional and trustworthy. They always call and let you know when they are arriving too.

Couldn't be happier! I have known and dealt with Randy (and now his son and crew) for over 20 years. He has always steered me in the right direction, from the smallest repairs to now the BIG one, of completely replacing our aged system with a new, premium state of the art exchanger. Works like a champ and reduced our utility bill, too. His boys were at the height of professionalism, courteous, clean and did not waste a second of time attending to all aspects of this extensive work. I am my own "do-it-yourselfer" and could see that they left no detail or stone unturned. A flawless install! Go with RandAire - you won't be disappointed!!!

Randy and his team did an amazing job on our heat pump installation! We had multiple quotes from various HVAC companies and Randy's quote made the most sense. It was a challenging job in our old home. We had a non-working old HVAC that needed to be demoed out and fully replaced. Randy's team came in and demoed the old system, replaced all our ductwork and installed a brand new Bryant 4 ton 38MURAQ48AA3 with matching 40MUAAQ48AA3 fan coil and ecobee thermostat. He and his team were very professional and always cleaned up after every day of work. The city inspector was also very impressed by the installation calling it one of the top 10 installs he has seen! Overall we are very happy we went with Randy and his team. Randy is very personable and easy to reach if we have any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Rand Aire Mechanical!
