So FYI to save you a call - nobody can call and ask and find out details of this company and their process unless you have a company you're looking to sign up or unless you're an existing client. I clarified and received confirmation that even if you use Paycom via your company, you cannot call and ask a generic question on how Paycom processes W4 forms. So, as an employee who uses Paycom for my payroll and paychecks received via Paycom, even as a Paycom user, I can't call and ask a question regarding the paperwork loaded into my Paycom account or app. My accounting department within my company told me it was up to Paycom how certain paperwork needed to be - and advised me that per Paycom, I need to revise my W4 but that Paycom has those details and my acconting team didn't know what needed up my switched - when my accountant reviewed my W4 and confirmed that it was legal she accurate for my needs. So, since Paycom advised my company accounting team that my W4 was opposite what my accountant advised - I tried to reach out directly for clarification since it didn't make sense to me so I with to understand the details - but since I'm not the client/company, I can't get clarification from Paycom. It's unfortunate that one has to go runaround and not find out how Paycom processes W4 forms since those are not company specific and doesn't coincide with accounting protocols for taxes

Absolutely the worst payroll implementation we have been through. This company is not transparent and their contract is all one sided. Don't be fooled by their sales team. They will bait and switch you and not deliver on any of their promises. You will be stuck with a 3 year contract.

I use Paycom for my financial business. The software is very intuitive and support staff is readily available to help with any one off questions I may have.

We use paycom for my husbands company and we have been thrilled. It helps us stay in compliance with a lot of the CA specific laws and it so easy to use. Especially for the employees on the app.

I am so disappointed. I have always spoke so highly of Paycom and they dropped the ball. I reached out to have a representative present me with some information to bring Paycom to my current company and the representative went missing until one day out of the blue he conferenced me in with another representative (a couple days after he was suppose to provide me with some information). I had a long conversation with them and provided them with the information they needed on the company and once again they failed to call back as scheduled. Then the rep showed up unannounced at my office ( I was out of the office) and left the receptionist a brochure instead of the information that he was suppose to provide to me a week ago. When I spoke to him today he asked me for the EIN for my company so he can give me a guesstimate of how much it would cost. EIN # really? I tried to explain that I just needed information on the products that Paycom offers. I politely thanked him for his time and ended the call. I cant believe he even called me again with this shenanigans. I am a busy professional. SMH
