I had a really terrible experience with this company. I used them because they were affordable, but eventually realized you get what you pay for. Over the years, they made countless sloppy mistakes both major and minor. Most egregiously, they mailed my confidential tax information to the wrong address. After I tracked it down and corrected them, they nearly did it again the next quarter (I caught the mistake earlier this time). They incurred IRS penalties for me for misfiled paperwork, overcharged me multiple times, repeatedly sent me 2 conflicting quarterly reports at the same time (and claimed they could not figure out why two reports were coming), and more. After one too many mistakes, I finally left Rabco, canceling my account. When I tried to then get my final payroll documents at tax filing time, they claimed I was no longer a client, and only access my information unless I paid them $550! Steer clear!
