Davis Property Development Design Firm is truly top-tier. Working with Jarrod and Luz has been an exceptional experience — they are professional, dedicated, and incredibly knowledgeable. They work tirelessly with the City of Pasadena to ensure every detail of the plan gets approved smoothly, paving the way for construction to begin without delays. From the initial concept to the final touches, they’re hands-on and supportive every step of the way. You couldn’t ask for a better team to bring your project to life. Highly recommend!

Jarrod was incredibly patient and supportive through our two projects in Glendale. He navigated a complicated approval process with the city on an addition, and a door & window permit. I would recommend his team highly for his handling of the project – he is incredibly professional and personal, and communicative with constant follow ups that always made us feel like we were in good hands.

I can’t say enough about how great it has to work with the company. Jarrod was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. We got our plans approved fast because of their detailed, clear and comprehensive plans. They also did a great job at communicating with our contractor. What really value their customer service skills. It makes dealing with house projects less stressful.

Worked with Jarrod through our GC and it was a great experience. Anytime I needed an update he was quick to respond and communicate. He (and Luz) are a great team and they were able to get the work we needed done given our unfortunate circumstances. They are knowledgeable and experienced working with all the necessary groups (and city) to get our permits passed through! I would recommend them and would definitely use them again for future services!

Working with Jarrod & Luz has truly has been a pleasure. They are very knowledgeable, consistent and great with follow ups. The attention to detail from start to finish has been spot on and keeping our clients on budget with the ADU as well as keeping everything on critical time path. I highly recommend them to any one!
