I can't recommend Joe and his team at Craftsmen enough. I had a mystery noise that appeared to be electrical. I reached out to Joe on two separate occasions and he helped me troubleshoot the problem in order to eliminate possible causes. He was kind, patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. In the end, because of his help, we avoided a huge hole being cut into my drywall, saving me a lot of work and money. Many electricians won't even return a call these days, so i really appreciate the professionalism from Craftsmen. His office was also very easy to deal with and very prompt with responses and follow-up. Thank you, Joe!

We had an amazing experience! They came and installed 2 fans in our home. They made sure to lay a tarp so there was absolutely no mess when they were done. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and detailed. 10/10 would recommend! Amazing family run business!

100% Positive recommendation here. Joe and his team quickly got us an estimate for adding 5 ceiling fans in rooms with no fixtures. We approved and got on the schedule in less than 2 weeks. All of the work was completed around us moving into our new home. Joe and his team were on time each day and always cheerful and professional. Joe and his team were a critical piece in getting my home rebuild done. We had a house fire and he did a full electrical rewire. His team updated my main panel, reran all wiring and receptacles/switches, ran cat6 throughout the house, wired and installed fans/recessed lighting, and aided in city electrical inspections. He was knowledgeable every step of the way even though we had to deal with an inspector who has a little extra. The amount of care he puts in his projects is as if it were his own home. At one point there was an issue with an appliance I chose and I thought it was going to need holes in the drywall and the next day it was already done. I am just in awe of their work.
