Within an hour, they called me back to schedule a visit for the very next day, which I greatly appreciated. The technician who arrived was none other than Armando himself, which I found impressive. Additionally, I must commend Zane Electric's office staff. I have a tenant in the ADU who suffers from Alzheimer’s, and the situation was urgent as the lights in his room were not functioning. The young lady who assisted me on the phone was incredibly understanding and empathetic to my situation. She made it a priority to ensure that the repair was expedited, which truly made all the difference. I had major renovations done in my house from Oct 2024-Feb 2025. Zana electric did all the electrical work, new outlets , installed recessed lighting, pendant lights, & fan etc. Shout out to Ishmael who represented Zana electric and did the work.
