Beach City Flooring did an amazing job on a whole house remodel for an investment property I own. I have worked with the owner Yubini for years and he has always been honest, hard working and given attention to detail. As a real estate investor and remodel a lot of homes and have worked with a lot of other contractors over the years. Beach City Flooring does great work and I highly recommend!

March 2023: I recently had all the floors replaced in my house. Jorge went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. They did not quit until everything was perfect. I will 100% use them on my next project. Shout out to Estella, Smile & Alex as well! The whole team is wonderful! Updating this review as of 11/4/24 about a year and a half post installation: While the team at Beach City Flooring was exceptional during the installation, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of Lion’s Flooring itself. The floors are covered in scratches and signs of wear, despite our unchanged lifestyle and careful upkeep. We invested nearly $25,000 in this project, expecting durable luxury vinyl plank floors, but the product has not held up as promised. Unfortunately, Lion’s Flooring's inspection process has offered no resolution, leaving us feeling let down and out of pocket. I strongly advise future customers to reconsider using Lion’s Flooring and explore alternative options for better value and durability.

Beach City Flooring quotes competitive pricing for all kinds of complex interior remodeling jobs.I had them install vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire 4 bedroom house, they remodeled both bathrooms and the entire kitchen. Yubini their president added a lot of great design ideas which made the remodel so much more valuable. The quality and speed of the work is at the highest level. Fransisco who lead most of the remodeling is a top notch craftsman. I highly recommend them and would use them for any other projects in the future.

I am so late on writing this review but maybe that is good because my husband and I have been living in our beautiful MAJOR renovation by Beach City Flooring and Beyond for months now and we couldn't be happier. :D Here are before and after pictures. Every surface of our house is new and they are both fast and thorough. I highly recommend working with them! Yubini is a great person and he has a team that gets the job done!

We contracted Beach City Flooring & Beyond for renovations on our recent home purchase and they completely exceeded expectations. They completed demo AND complete flooring install throughout the entire house within 3 days, painted the entire house, installed stone on our dated fireplace, guest bath renovation….all within a week! Amazing, reliable and hard working staff. Our neighbors were amazed at their work ethic (12 hour days) to get the job done, and done extremely well! No down time whatsoever. Thank you Yubini and team for an outstanding job, we’ll definitely be in contact with you for future renovation needs!
