The issue turned out to be a clogged filter, which they replaced while also checking the coils and refrigerant levels as part of the maintenance service. The whole process was thorough and wrapped up in about an hour, leaving everything running smoothly since.

During the preventive maintenance, they identified a clogged filter and cleaned it efficiently, spending about an hour checking other components to ensure everything was in good order. This visit took slightly longer than their last one due to some additional testing, but I'm confident the thoroughness was worthwhile.

Compared to another quote I received, this visit was more straightforward, and the technician managed to fix the unresponsive thermostat in under an hour by resetting its connections. He also explained how a loose wire could have caused the intermittent issues we've been experiencing.

I decided to write this review because the installation process for my new AC unit took a full day, which was longer than initially expected, but the technicians ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Their attention to detail was notable, especially when they explained how to maintain the unit effectively to avoid future issues.

Every summer, I dread the possibility of my A/C giving up, but their thorough preventive maintenance has put my mind at ease. The technician took the time to explain everything, ensuring my unit runs smoothly. I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism.
