Cancelled and went with another local broker after they took over Clark insurance in the Raleigh NC area. Was easily able to get better rates elsewhere, only after I requested paperwork to cancel, did they offer to look for cheaper rates. Uh thanks, but no thanks. Still waiting on the cancellation paperwork the trying to retain me email came quickly but Trisha has yet to get back with me for my requested cancellation paperwork.
