Ben is so helpful to explain the Cal low cost ins program.He gives indiv attention, write up the pending policy, and is availabe on phone for questions that may arise.His staff is helpful also.i recommend his agency for ins , especially any who have circumstances related to car insurance.

the jury is still out. I was offered a $10 discount if I posted a review. By the time I got home I realized A major error with our transaction. I’m trying to be reserved and give them a chance to correct the mistake. But to be honest , this mistake feels a lot like bait and switch. Twice, on two different occasions, I was given a quote for both of my vehicles. But, when I got home to put the proof of insurance in my vehicle, I noticed that I only had insurance for the older, least expensive vehicle that is not even on the road and out of service while my 2017 is still uninsured. They even talked about how great the deal it was for two vehicles. But because I didn’t treat them like they did dirty business and second guess everything they said and did, I feel like they took advantage of me actually giving me a quote for 1 vehicle leading me to believe I was spending $300 down payment on 2 vehicles at $200/mo premium. I plan to be there 1st thing in the morning to give them a chance to correct the mistake. I will update/edit this review then. Pray for me because it’s all the money I had at Christmas trying to do the right thing.

Veronica is incredible at what she does. She is so knowledgeable, attentive, and insurance-savvy! She took her time to work with me to find the best deal with the most reasonable coverage for me. Most importantly, she just kept it real, and I absolutely appreciate her transparency. I would recommend this place, and especially Veronica, to anyone I know or not know. Ilene was a huge help to me. She got be the best price she could and proper coverage. She even went the extra mile when her computer system crashed while I was at the dealer buying my car. She got the quote done and sent everything over even though they had problems. Awesome service and effort!!
