After 4 times of back and forth for an auto quote with Diane and after giving everything JP requested from us, she still wanted more info for a simple quote. I asked her via email if she needed anything else to please call us because we don't check email as often, yet she continued to request more info via email. We wanted a simple quote so I picked up the phone to call and she must've been having a bad day... week... month? Not sure but the attitude was not client friendly at all. She said to get a quote it takes 15 business days... for an auto quote??? Wow. What century are we living in? No thank you Diane.

I found JPL after reading online reviews and they did not disappoint. I've been dealing with commercial insurance companies with no luck and this San Diego insurance company offers some great insurance options. I made sure to get general liability, tenant improvement (construction), and business property insurance. If you are a small business owner, these are critical. Please don't learn the hard way like I went through. Shawn was spectacular to work with. She was so helpful, knowledgable in answering all my questions, very communicative on both email and phone, honest, and I loved that she was straight to the point and got my policy done efficiently.
