I found this company after I was quote from another company that was trying to charge me crazy amount for leak detection that went to my downstairs neighbor. This company was quick to respond, got someone to look at the leak immediately and very upfront about how the process goes and pricing. They took care of business when there was scheduling conflict between the two units and I didn’t even have to worry about anything else! Highly recommended for anyone with plumbing issues!!

Amazing customer service from Douglas. After having plumbing issues the last year this company is the first one to find the real issue, roots in our outdoor plumbing pipes . Douglas came and found the issue and dug out some of the roots he could temporarily fixing it providing an estimate for the bigger issue. He also cleaned up after having to remove our toilet and cleaning it out, Which was so nice because I’ve had companies leave a mess. We hired the company again to replace part of our outdoor piping and the cost was very reasonable. He went above and beyond the original job and also providing thorough explanation and pictures of the work that was done. He personally answered any questions I had!

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Douglas. He is knowledgeable, gives in-depth explanations and reviews alternative options. He did a great job and left everything clean and ready to use. This is greatly appreciated and we consider him our “go to” for plumbing.

I had a great experience with Alef Plumbing repair service! They took care of everything - cleaned my shower drain, replaced the hot water heater pipe, and gave my hot water heater a good cleaning. Service was top-notch! The notifications were AMAZING! I knew exactly when the tech was on the way, and it made the whole process so easy. Quick response time, too! Now, I'm not sure about industry standards, but I felt like it was a bit on the pricier side. I do have to add that everything was left clean, and I'm super happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Alef plumbing came and did a job at our home to reconfigure our washer and dryer set up. The price was reasonable, they were able to get us on their schedule quickly, and the communication was great. Would definitely recommend, and use them again in the future.
