I highly recommend Open Line Plumbing. The staff, especially Roy, was very easy to deal with. Communication was excellent. An estimate was provided for replacement of two valves. The price was very reasonable. Any questions I had were very promptly answered. Everything was explained. Roy arrived on time. All work was tested. I have no regrets, whatsoever. I will keep Open Line in my contacts for any future needs or referrals. Again, highly recommended.

open line plumbing has been a god send. they do great work - they helped replace my cold and hot valves to the washer. a few days after i had a hot water tank leak and my first contact was to open line. they were able to fit me in and did an excellent job. shout out to roy and his team!

Excellent experience with Open Line Plumbing. They fixed my mainline irrigation valve and leveled the irrigation valves so they would fit neatly under the irrigation box. What impressed me most was Roy’s (the owner) responsiveness—when I reported a minor follow-up leak, he was back at my house right away to resolve it. They were the most responsive out of the entire project I sent out on Yelp to multiple businesses. They called and clearly provided their plan and prices and availability giving me all of the info I needed to make the decision. Not only that but he said that some of the work the first technician from another company mentioned, does not even need to be done so we saved a couple hundred dollars on that alone. AND he said should the need to tear into the drywall to complete the work if it was more extensive, he would patch it up, repair, and repaint it. None of the other 5 businesses said they would do that and who would like a giant gaping whole in their wall? The price was super reasonable and probably the cheapest around and they were able to get someone to come the very next day. We highly recommend them!
