Corey did a great job replacing our pressure regulator and installing the moen smart water shutoff system. He showed up on time , communicated well during the process , and cleaned up after the job. I would recommend Corey , Jack, and the team at Paws Plumbing!

Paws Plumbing was extremely responsive. They managed to dispatch a technician on the same day I called. Angus was a lifesaver. He came and conquered the leak in less than 2 hrs. During the whole process, he took time to explain the issue and what was needed to fix it. He provided pricing before any work was done, and took extra steps to be sure the work area was cleaned up before leaving. Above all, he was sensitive to the situation and also worked with my neighbor directly below my unit. This is the second time I've used their service. Their customer service is above and beyond. Their communication is excellent whether on the phone, via text and email.

Michael Ross came out from Paws Plumbing. It was a good experience to have Michael come out. Not that he did a good job, he also educated me a bit about plumbing when I asked him questions. I would recommend paws plumbing for anybody’s home work.

I had a special project requiring a plumber who would be patient and possess attention to detail above and beyond what is normally required. I had built a wall mounted power washer with a specific design and look in mind. The plumbing was an integral part of that project as I wanted it to be a work of art. Yes it’s in the garage and yes it’s a pressure washer but I enjoy nicely designed and built items. Paws plumbing and more specifically Angus provided me the craftsmanship I required. I also had my water regulator replaced as well. Job well done!

Mike Ross from PAWS was straight forward with me, he checked out the pipes, we spoke to the neighbor downstairs. He didn't try to tell me to do a full bathroom remodel to try and fix everything. He was diligent in making sure to double/triple check the source.
