Been using Black Mountain Plumbing for over 30 years. Black Mountain is always fast, meticulous, and professional. Never have had any issues with them. Today was a same day installation of a new water heater by Joel Jr., who did great work and left the area cleaner than when he started. Family owned business, not a national chain, with fair pricing. You can't go wrong with Black Mountain.

Daniel and Nathaniel did a superb job with helping us fix a cracked Poly-B pipe. The pipe had cracked due to age and they were able to replace the section with a high quality L copper tube with specialized compression fittings. They spent 4.5 hours digging just to access the pipe and then spent another 2 hours 45 minutes just to back-fill all the dug-up soil. They were able to remove any large rocks that could cause anymore damage and did were very efficient with their work. The cost of this repair was very reasonable and affordable, much better than other plumbing companies around the area. I would highly recommend these two individuals at the company for their expertise, professionalism, efficiency and honesty! Thank you again for putting in all the hard work to get this repair done.

Black Mountain plumbing changed their schedule to accommodate the leak with my hot water heater at no cost. And they were at my house in less than an hour to resolve the issue. I wanted to do a semi remodel of the master bath and the hall bath. I loved working together with Black Mountain Plumbing. From the start with Scott giving me advise, to providing ideas on how to save some money, repairing pipes, fixing water pressure regulators, repairing the shower regulator to fix a leak (versus tearing it all out), installing new fixutres. They helped me find a tile guy who did an amazing job making the shower look like nothing ever happened. Finally, Branden came back to install the sink fixtures after other delays. They are fair, honest and very easy to work with.
