Rick has been fantastic! He’s reliable, efficient and very reasonable with his quotes. He even gave us a deal on the water heater because he miscalculated something when he didn’t have to do that. In Kaua’i, we’ve had multiple plumbers come by and then simply not respond or give us a quote. So, when we found Rick, it was so refreshing to have someone who showed up (on time), was responsive and communicative the entire way! He’s very knowledgeable, helpful and he did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend him to anyone on Kaua’i looking for a plumber.

Used them twice, first time issue partially resolved. This last time i paid $149 for the guy to tell me my toilet didn’t flush right & made gurgling sounds because it was low flow ( its always worked fine before) im angry I even paid the guy. Im having a different company come out next week.UPDATE : a different plumber came out & found a huge bunch of roots in the pipe…..Collins Pacific dropped the ball

Brent installed two new, owner-provided Kohler faucets for our bathroom sinks, replacing 35+ yr old faucets. He was magnificent! 1. Neat and tidy. Put on booties without being asked. Cleaned undersink cabinets of debris as he went along. When he finished Sinks were cleaner than when he arrived! 2. Meticulous. Took his time to get it right. Some "surgical" demo was required to install our new and modern faucets. Keep in mind, he was working with small ceramic tile and grout. Tripled-checked that new connections were not leaking. 3. Handled new fixtures with care. 4. Value-add...super nice guy! If you want skilled plumbing and outstanding customer service, call Collins-Pacific!!

Collins Pacific did an excellent job routing gas pipes to my kitchen for a new stove. A few days later, I realized my AC wasn’t working and suspected something may have happened during the attic work. I called the company, and without hesitation, they sent out an HVAC tech, Joe, who quickly found the issue and fixed it with his colleague Matt. They exceeded every expectation, and I am very pleased with their quality of service and expertise. I’m grateful for this reputable company that stands behind its work. I had to come on Google and write a review, because I am astounded by their honesty and accountability. They addressed the problem right away and made it right. Their communication is excellent, too. They send tracking links so you know exactly when they’ll arrive. Accidents happen, but very few companies handle them with this level of integrity. I cannot stress enough how important it is to schedule service with a reputable company. They are one of few companies in San Diego with almost 5 star reviews, for good reason.
