I received a recommendation for Emory Plumbing from an Architect/Engineer friend. I was not disappointed. My clothes washer that drains into a large laundry tub was starting to over flow with even the smallest load of clothes. Technician, Bardin, was dispatched. He arrived in the window of time that was promised. He was very familiar with the washer and experimented with the rinse and spin cycle. The mainline was clogged at 80 feet with grease. The grease was removed and he ran the washer multiple times to make sure it was working correctly. Before he left, he answered my questions about replacing the kitchen faucet. I purchased a Moen faucet and sprayer from Home Depot and Bardin came out the next week and replaced the old faucet. I wanted to have the sprayer hose long enough to be able to wash my grand dogs in the sink when they visit. He made the the adjustment and I was very pleased.

Emory has helped us with plumbing issues about 3-4 times over the years. I highly recommend them. We have always had a good experience, they do good work and get it right the first time as compared to when we have tried Drain Patrol, etc. But mostly they are honest, fair, friendly and easy to work with and fairly priced.

Last year, our bathtub in the guest bathroom started draining very slowly. We tried to snake it ourselves but had no luck; we had our neighborhood plumber come out, and again, no luck. We called Emory Plumbing, and Carlos came out to give us a quote. He completed it in under 3 hours and ended up replacing part of the old pipe that was off-center, and now we can use the tub again! When our ancient water heater began leaking, I connected with six different companies for estimates on a tankless replacement. Of four companies that sent a rep to visit -- two provided dubious estimates sight unseen -- Emory was the last I met with, but quickest, most straightforward, and least expensive. No arm twisting, no sales pitch, just a quick 10-minute conversation, an eyeball estimate and a promise to deliver a formal quote by the following morning. I received a quote that night within 3% of the original estimate, and less than half of the highest quote I'd received, but I had a few questions that I emailed late that night. Woke up the next morning, checked to find a response answering all my questions, and accepted the bid. Emory's plumbers arrived the following day while I was at work. I drove home, opened the garage and was surprised to find the whole job done as promised, but in just a few hours in my absence. Responsive, straightforward, high-value, quality service: I'm psyched to have found a great group of plumbers!

I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait there's more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didn't drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!
