This has been a total nightmare. This company took advantage of me and my elderly mom. I have a rental which had a leak . When I called ez plumbing was told someone will be out shortly. Within two hours Levi showed up did his thing. Told me if he had to pull tools it would be $295 to determine where the leak was coming from . Of course the tools were pulled and within an hour was told that there is no leak . I was skeptical because the puddles of water every morning but he promised me there were no leaks . When I paid the bill was 295 plus emergency services of 300 so paid the 600. Next morning puddles of water once again so I called back this time spoke with Anthony . He sent another crew out and they found the leak in the wall. I asked why Levi didn’t find the leak the day before and was told Levi was using faulty uncalibrated equipment. And that the 600 would be deducted from final bill which it never was. So the second day they said they capped the leak and to reroute the line it would be $6000. Now I have a tenant living in the house so out of desperation and the very few options this company provided I agreed . So now I was out almost $7000 This was my first time dealing with all this so I had little knowledge of my home owners insurance and what would be covered . Anthony assured me that he will take care of everything and that I would be reimbursed from the insurance company . He said he deals with them all the time and let him do what he does . So I trusted Anthony and followed his recommendations. I asked for paperwork/estimates throughout this whole scam and was told that they submit them straight to State Farm. To make this story short . I paid Anthony and his company a total of $34,000 and the job never got completed . On top of all this I had to pay an additional 4800 to a sub contractor for water mitigation which I had already paid Anthony …..part of the 34,000 I paid him and he never paid the subcontractor who he had told me that he was partial owner of that company as well. In the end I’ve paid a total of 39,000 and the flooring was never finished and counter top that was ripped out was never finished . Now he won’t answer my calls and I’m forced to take him to small claims court to get some of my money back . I’ve contacted state licensing board as well as the District Attorneys office of consumer affairs to file report. All this has taken time from my work , more money to finish what he never finished , and all the paperwork filing these claims . Not to mention the stress this has caused my elderly mom and myself . So please don’t fall victim to this company or the promises that Anthony makes . It’s all a scam

I will give them 0 Stars. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I am 64 years old, and this is one of the most brazen scams I have seen in the past 30 years. I called this company to do a Leak Test on my son's recently purchased home in Oceanside CA. When I booked the service, a man who identified himself as the owner came on the call and promised a thorough leak test for the entire house plumbing for $ 295 and threw about technical terms on how they now have the latest and the greatest equipment and techniques to test water leakage and how he will be there himself, to test out the plumbing leaks and provide us a written report. On the appointed date, Saturday Oct 31, a technician arrived. He identified himself as someone, but not the owner. He said that the owner could not come. He was carrying one very rudimentary looking hand held device, which he identified as an "infra-red" moisture checker. He very casually walked the house and randomly checked for moisture in a few places, and was done in about 15 minutes. There as no leak test for pipes coming from the main to the house or any in depth tests. He then left, promising that his company would create an invoice, send it to me, and once I paid up, he will submit the written leak test report the same day. The company did not generate the invoice till the next day, and as soon as the invoice was generated, I went ahead and paid. To this day, and it is today Nov 10 2025, that I have not received the written report. I also left phone messages for them, and they never responded. This has been a scam all the way around. They are the worst company I have dealt with in recent times and I would caution and warn my fellow travelers to stay away from these cheats. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

Came to the rescue for a broken toilet/sink incident that happened at a fairly rowdy party (don't ask) from the phone call to the tech replacing the toilet and snaking out the sink great service and surprisingly no judgment. Best of all couldn't tell an entire toilet had been replaced let alone the disaster that was the sink after. So I'll be using them again for normal repairs. Highly recommend!
