John did an excellent job installing our bathroom sink faucets. He was thorough, extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Called for a plumber to clear a plugged toilet drain about 10:00AM. Appointment made for 2:00PM same day. John, the plumber, arrived about 2:30PM with an advance call to say he was on the way. He was able to clear the plugged toilet quickly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about his work and very personable. Interested in helping. I decided to switch to a tankless water heater and was nervous about the process, but John made everything easy. He helped me pick the right model, handled all the upgrades, removal of my old water heater, etc and even taught me how to use the system.
