Good luck getting him to come out and check your roof. My neighbors used him last year and they said the work was good, but I've been trying to get him to come for weeks with no luck. I'd say if you have an active leak or something that needs addressed immediately, look elsewhere. If you're fine waiting an extended period of time and noncommittal answers on when he can come, I've heard the actual work he does is fine. Everyone is busy, I get that and I don't care to wait a little, but I do need some indication of when works and actual dates scheduled not just I'll get back to you with no follow up even after I've made multiple requests. Edit: Lol that's pretty funny. I reached out to you first thing in the morning on the 18th for an active leak (you said you'll call when you can, no call then I asked later in the day if you were able to come, you couldn't and I said fine), reached out again on the 21st (you said not until the following week, I said that's fine), again on the 24th (you said you just got back and will let me know the following day, nothing again), and again on the 27th (I said guessing that week didn't work how about the following one, zero response from you at all). If that's your definition of reasonable and timely then thanks for proving my point. You're also the only bad review I've ever left. Maybe if you responded to people's request for your business with the same urgency as Google reviews, there wouldn't be a problem. Name calling as well, I love it lol? Very mature of someone running a business.

Do not use this guy. He took my money and made the very small leak much worse. I had to hire a different roofer to fix the leak because Josh wouldn't return my calls or text. Also his business address doesn't exist. What we discovered was the the damage from the leak was much worse than Josh told me and the repair that Josh made was VERY POORLY DONE. Do not use this guy he is a liar and a cheat. I have photos to prove it. Response As you said the roof was leaking before you arrived. No previous repairs had been done in the 4 years I have owned it. The leak was maybe 10 drips a year. After your attempted repair it leaked 10 drips in 30 in seconds. You did advise me, as well as other roofers that the slope was too low for a tile roof. But I had a tiny leak over a large roof. So it seemed like overkill to replace the roof membrane for such a small leak. After your repair you returned once to caulk the tiles which did nothing. I removed the solar panels again for this. The solar panels are reinstalled and working fine. After the your 2nd attempt to fix the leak I tried for weeks to reach you many times to replace the membrane in a much larger area but you would never return my calls or text. That's when I decided to go to your business address and found the address doesn't exist. All of this could have been avoided if you had simply returned my calls or text. I tried to get a hold of you for weeks. I wanted to replace the membrane as you suggested and I texted you that. But you would never respond. You never offered credit for the money I had paid you either.
