Chavez Roofing just put a new roof on my house. They did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. All the workers were very professional and courteous. I was really impressed with the quality of the work performed, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Also, at the end of each day, they did a great job of cleaning up around the entire house, making sure any material that fell from the roof was picked up. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof or roof repair.

They follow a step by step process to ensure the client is provided an accurate written quote, a contract, reasonable scheduling, before/after photos and several payment options. They also ensured that the city permit process was followed. I called them a second time for my mother's home in IB. She just needed some repair, and they inspected the whole roof and let us know it had 5 more years on it. They didn't try to sell us a whole roof that wasn't needed. Highly recommended.
