Dana was the only company who was able to get my solar installation done on short notice before the New Year. It wasn’t always smooth but we were able to get it done on time which saved me a lot on the tax credits. He also worked with my on an issue with my quote which I appreciated. While I’m not used to the disorganization that comes along with contract work, I am realizing it’s par for the course. I would encourage Dana’s teams to provide more proactive updates and check ins with their customers so they know what’s going on throughout the process.
