Bob at Peak Builders listened to what I wanted and together with Eli they put together a competitive bid. Bob and Eli were flexible about both recommending changes and upgrades and implementing them. There were some hiccups but these things happen, and Eli was both professional and reasonable about getting things remidied. Ultimately what you want with a contractor is good, clear and open communication that's why you hire one instead of trying to hire subcontractors yourself. We have all heard contractor horror stories and no one wants that. I have had them come out 2 times now. The first was for a roof leak a year ago. Enrique came out and got an estimate and the repair done within 2 weeks. We have not had an issue since. Recently we had gutter installation and Enrique got me a quote that was way cheaper than leaf guard and without the sales tactics. Their work does the sales for them. I recommend them to my friends whenever some one brings up a roof issue.

I worked with Jonathan of Peak Builders & Roofers for my total roof replacement. He walked me through the quote, answered my questions through the project as well as potential change orders that may occur. They addressed areas of concern I had due to repairs from prior homeowners and the quote I received was better due to longer workmanship warranties.
