Competitive pricing, that's where the good things end with Preman Roofing. We paid over $30,000 for a new roof 1 1/2 years ago. 2 leaks appeared during the first rainstorm. We called for a warranty repair (10-years warranty by Preman). They came up with a ridiculously lame excuse to avoid doing a minor patch that would have fixed the issue (I know it can be repaired easily since I am a general contractor). They completely ignored my emails and calls, just as mentioned in another posted review. Now I am at an impasse; do I continue spending the time trying to get them to do the repair, do I give them the perfect excuse to void the warranty by doing the repair myself, or do I live with the leaks in my roof?!

These guys are good. As a recently new homeowner I needed to find a company that I could trust to inspect my roof for any damages leading into the rainy season. Preman came recommended by my real estate agent so I went with them. They were fairly priced and shot me straight - I'm assuming at least - since the repairs they recommended were minimal. I was not a large project for them, but they treated me like an important customer nonetheless. Very satisfied with my experience with Preman Roofing, thank you Danny and team!

This company was impressive from the moment they came out with the quote. Great presentation, no pressure and great price. They said it would take 3 days and it did. First day was tearing off the old roof. They showed exactly when they said I would and finished demo within 3 hours. The next team showed up to inspect for any damage so they could get the supplies in time to have them first thing in the morning. The next phase took a day and a half and went very smoothly. They replaced some plywood and a facial board I asked them to fix. Step by step they respected my and my neighbors property. When it was complete, the roof looks amazing and seriously, I have only found two VERY small pieces of old roof in some of my bushes. They were very respectful, clean, safe and did an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Preman Roofing and Solar.

What a great roof replacement experience! The team at Preman had a competitive bid, they were communicative, and had all the work done in under 2 days! I can't express how happy I am with the new roof I received from Preman roofing. I received a quote from Danny who gave me many options and even allowed me to make some significant changes to the original plan a few months later. When I finally started the project and sent in my deposit right before December I was a little concerned from the yelp reviews about delays and poor customer service. I called a few days later after they received their deposit and they said they would let me know when it would be added to their schedule as I really wanted to put my xmas lights up and had another remodeling project I wanted to get started on after the roof was completed. Within a few days they got back to me, let me know the schedule and they were out within 2 weeks and got the roof completed within 4 days! There was a lot of dry rot and termite damage which they offered I can repair on my own. I opted for their guy to make the repairs because he seemed really sharp and pointed out everything that needed to be replaced. What took him 5 hours probably would have taken me much longer to complete. I even gave him a few gallons of outdoor paint and he painted the primed repairs for me at no additional cost! All I can say is GREAT JOB! The repairs were great and the finished project was even better. My gutters actually work now as well! Beautiful Roof! Thanks again Preman Roofing! The main roofer and repair guy was out of this world and Vance the proj mgr was great as well! I even had time to have my xmas lights up for a week before Christmas!
