The team at RSI were great to work with. The communication from sales, project manager, to field personnel was fantastic. With 3 roofs to inspect, clean & power wash and all of this done during the holiday week we could not have asked for a better outcome. The crews were on time, professional, respectful to our occupants and the property. A great sense of pride in their workmanship.

I highly recommend RSI Roofing. I received a letter from my home insurance company saying I needed to replace my roof or they would not renew my policy! The roof is not due for replacement for quite a few years. Aaron was replacing the roof for a neighbor when I flagged him down and asked about our roof. He was so nice and helpful, took out his drone for pics, then wrote a report for me to send to my insurance company and they rescinded the replacement!!! He also sent me an estimate in case they forced me to replace it. If you are looking for a roofer please contact RSI, you will not be disappointed.

RSI has been excellent. We called them when a roof leak happened after a heavy rain. Laura in customer service took my call and was very pleasant and professional. Her communication regarding pricing was clear and she made sure I understood that while their schedule was very busy, she'd do her best to get a crew out to make the repairs. Eliseo and Elijah arrived a couple days later, way earlier than expected, and had the job done in a couple of hours. They were courteous and had great advice, and they were confident in their work.
