Unlike other estimators that came to our house, our salesperson Chasen was very thorough with the inspection of our roof and the explanation of our options, and was also patient with all of our questions. The project went exactly how he said it would.Communication was excellent! Our project manager David and his crew were very professional. In addition to the beautiful roof they installed, they made sure at the end of each day all areas were cleaned up and let us know what time they would arrive the next day. Thank you Carlos and Francisco (and team) for your hard work and friendliness. Madi in the office kept us informed and updated on scheduling, and also answered any questions we had during the project. We really appreciated Smart Roofing respecting us wanting to get other estimates. Now, after seeing the quality of our new roof - in both installation quality and product quality, we could have avoided wasting our time with the others.
