Your sales persons are very rude. It is difficult to do business with such company.

Sadly, this can't be less than one. AgileIT took money against our account, without our permission. They were to bill us for our payment which we have made faithfully for years) and instead billed us 6 times. This happened Tuesday and we had to call them and tell them about the problem, and have called every day. Their Chat person was incredibly rude indicating that it was only a few hundred dollars, and wasn't their fault it was their billing systems (or I guess by extension ours for being their customer). Incredibly bad service, attitude and what amounts to theft and fraud. Regardless of what their chat person thinks they should have returned the money, and at the very least apologized. Instead it is our fault for calling each day and trying to find out where the money is. Horrible administration, operations, accounting and management. The only bright star has been the young lady who we originally called to report the problem - yes we had to tell them. We are not confident this is not a fraud or a quick way to pay their bills, but of course based on their chat person, they have done everything they can and this is "not" their problem.
