Sheng is the man, ive never seen someone that holds alot of knowledge when it comes to technologies, i promise you if you need help with anything technologic wise, he is the guy, no need going to other shops, he is the one for the job

These are the kind of nerds you definitely want to hire for your job. The owner couldn't be more into his work. I hired him for a small job and we chatted up so many option he's got me wanted to rewire my whole house. Which I will do when it comes time for a remodel. They are up-to-speed on the latest tech and won't let you install the wrong things that waste your time or aren't properly upgradeable. I'm into it.

Top notch service-better, quicker, simpler for SD locals than Geek Squad or warranty service providers. Locked out of my Lenovo, couldn’t decrypt Microsoft’s bitlocker which was imbedded in the OS. Sheng fixed it better than new, and delivered to me in North Park: I can’t thank him enough and will use him again-for home IT needs, and larger scale needs for work. Pleasant, smart, quick and responsible are words that come to mind. My only regret is not calling him sooner.
