Slow remote desktops, unfriendly staff. I use this for work and they use a single computer with 90GB of RAM and think that can cover enough computing power for all employees. Spoiler alert, it can’t. They use Microsoft Office 2016 which is 6 years old and are apparently too cheap to upgrade it even when asked. Also, sometimes Chrome just refuses to load pages after a certain time and you need to log out and start a new session, which is disruptive to workflow. I would strongly recommend against using this company for your IT needs.
