Secure Networks has been our IT team for over 2 years and has been vital to our success. We came to them unhappy with our IT set up, they were able to quickly provide solutions based on our specific needs. They ended up moving us from a cloud-based file storage system to our own in-house server which has greatly improved our productivity and resolved all our previous issues, and they did it without causing any downtime for our team (including our remote workers). They always respond promptly to support needs, whether they are emergencies such as internet outages, or smaller problems with printers, Pdfs, etc. and are always able to quickly diagnose problems and provide solutions to keep us running smoothly. Things started great with these guys. We have specific networking requirements for our fitness center and they said they could get us all set up. A tech came out and did a free assessment and confirmed it was a job they could, and would, do for us right away. After another email to confirm the job, they suddenly said they “are not a good fit for us,” and currently have 3-4 weeks lead time. We wasted a week of time and man power to be lied to and let down by this company. Very unprofessional and shady.
