We just had the most beautiful laminate floor installed that we purchased from her, and we couldn’t be happier. She was so patient, helpful, accommodating, and her prices are very reasonable. The quality outshines many of her competitors and of course, all of the big box stores by a mile. We are currently working with her on a kitchen and bath remodel as well, and can’t wait to see the results. Amazing experience and customer service! After having another store say the product I needed was ordered, after one week of waiting it was never delivered. I was left in difficult place to find the right flooring in time for the contractor to finish the job and not delay more weeks. After driving 2 hours around San Marcos asking various stores if they had the product, I eventually stumbled into Freedom Flooring, exhausted and frustrated with no hope I'd find the right product. But Dawn immediately understood my situation and located the product, called the vendor and ensured it would get delivered ASAP. While waiting, she touched based with me to ensure it would come as promised. Her honesty and genuine desire to help get what I needed makes Freedom Flooring my top recommendation if you are looking for a store--look no further!

Don't be fooled by Dawn's friendly demeanor. Her work is sloppy and there is NO Satisfaction Guarantee as she will tell you & on her site. Her measurements were off. The cabinets were NOT real wood -- they were chipboard! Entire kitchen arrived MONTHS late (past promised); much was wrong or damaged or missing. I had to pay another contractor to re-make so much. Freedom did NOT stand behind ANY of their work! Be really careful here. I spent more than $50k with her and it delayed my entire house remodel for months and the poor quality is something I'll have to live with forever! Could not be more disappointed!! Dawn does an outstanding job of listening to your needs and has a genuine passion to help you. Freedom Flooring prices are by far the best in north county. Dawn is a hidden gem in San Marcos, we have gone to her many times for our renovation business and she goes above and beyond every time.
