Michael and his team offer the best customer service and cost-effective options you'll find! My bamboo floor was rapidly expanding and right up until Kenny's Custom Flooring fixed it, 9 floorboards had completely protruded from the surface and I literally couldn't open my door because the floor was too severely buckled. It was a mess! I had three different companies come out to give me quotes and the two I decided not to go with wanted to either completely replace my floor or take out the floor, air out the surface from moisture, then possibly put it back with a chance of still having to replace everything. Then Michael came by and quickly offered very simple and significantly greater cost-effective options. His team came by on a Monday evening and got the job done within two hours. They're impressively professional and prudent, I highly recommend them.

Mike was punctual after being very flexible in meeting our schedule. His knowledge of flooring and his products is obvious, and reassuring. In the past we’ve always bought our carpet at the box stores or on tile row. This time we had sort of a complicated floor plan and Mike’s knowledge and resources made it uncomplicated....for us.
