Very bad experience. My suggestion is to use another company. The service was terrible, the price was high and the follow-up was nonexistent. They showed up at a tenant occupied property at 5:30am without any notice. Tenants thought it was a prowler. Police were called, came out and informed worker they can't access someone's property at that hour without consent. The service or rather lack of service left me having to call another company the following week. Whatever Corky's did or again rather didn't do left the house with the same insect issue as well as mad tenants. I called the office to request a discount. I was told only one individual there can authorize that. I left her 3 messages and never received a call back. Lousy service and total lack of professionalism all around.

I live by the rule "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" so I try to not leave negative reviews - but after our two month experience with Corky's I just have to say something to hopefully save others from the same horrible experience we had. Not one thing has improved or even changed at our home since they started servicing our property. But worse, the customer service is just absolutely horrible. Their team members often showed up outside their service windows or didn't show up at all. The inspector showed up the first day completely unprepared to inspect the house - he didn't have any of the tools or suit to inspect under the house. And today we canceled after, once again, they failed to show up for an appointment to service the house.

Worst management ever. Their technician ran over my landscape lighting right in front of me and flattened it completely - they promised to give me a refund for several hundred dollars. I have submitted receipts and called and texted. Nada. I’m going on 3 years now. Rosa and Uri managers play a good game of big promises and zero follow through! If I could give a minus star I would! Find someone else!

0 is more like it. I canceled and appointment in Feb 2024 due to storms. It rained frequently so I waited until May. I was charged $150 more. I called frequently to have my fence reattach but no response. Due to very high winds the lock bracket is bent and a slat is off. I expect that no one came to repair it because $2090 was stolen from my storage area. Also there were things taken from a cabinet in the house and a tool leaning against the wall. I have not heard back from the company regarding any of these complaints. My question now since you are serious about customer service, will I be able to be reimbursed. There is also new spots of terminate damage this year. I'm afraid to have your workers come to my house even though I have a 4 year warranty. I bet your employees are not bonded. That would be great to know for my reports. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

We had to get 2 door frames repaired from dry rot in order to sell our house. The other realtor mixed things up and Corky’s worked with me to clear things up. Two men showed up on time and ready to work. They were very polite abs did a great job. Highly recommend.
