They have been professional, timely, and gave incredible help with all my issues or even advice on those that are out of scope but a suggestion on how to deal with it. Rigo has been my main servicer and couldn't ask for a better person.

I cannot say enough about the EcoGuard company. Not only are they professional and courteous, they are patient, flexible, and very knowledgeable. Javier was excellent as always! He should get 10 stars!! He always checks with what I need each visit and works around my foster dog allowing me time to get her settled before they start. Everything they have promised, meaning controlling the rat population, minimizing the insect activity in the house, etc, has all been true. They also have environmentally friendly options which we have had success with. My one piece of advice is listen to their advice... They know what they're talking about, and they can help you if you allow them to do what they do best! We decided to spend the money needed to seal all the holes going in and out of our attic to the outside and other areas of our outer walls... They put a very strong mesh, and we have not seen rats or mice in our house since. We did have one or two in our laundry room but only because we have a doggie door during the day for the dogs, so we think they get in and out of that door. The rodent population is under control since they have taken over.

We had an emergency wasp colonization issue. Javier handled everything so quickly and professionally. I made sure to ask about monthly fees, contract term, services included, and we are so happy that we found a service that packages all pest services into one bundle. Yes, companies should thoroughly explain everything before signing you up, but it's our job as a customer to ask the questions and have all of the facts before signing. So I'm really glad I didn't let any of those negative billing reviews steer me away from the excellent service our home received today and now in the future too.

Your technician, Jaime, Always does a great job!!! He is so thorough. I haven’t had to call for any Re-sprays. I hope he remains our technician. He really did a lot of work, especially outside, where he got rid of spiderwebs, and inspected for perimeter breaches, like the garage door seal. That is appreciated. To have that critical eye look for points of entry. I would recommend.EcoGuard two friends and family. Thank you
