Western Exterminator
San Marcos, CA
Western Exterminator is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a pest control resource for retail tenants in San Marcos and San Diego County — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in San Marcos work with pest control providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

HORRIBLE service.I had an inspection done and I was promised I would receive the report in a few days. Two weeks later I found the inspector had been fired and no one knew why my report was not processed. Management said they would make it right and reschedule my inspection. Four days later they couldn't remember who I was. I am a realtor and I will never work with this group again. Insanely unorganized.

Bill S did a fabulous job; he recognized that my plants were covered in spiderwebs and sprayed my plants with a specific spray to eliminate the spiderwebs. Exceptional customer service. Took his time to ensure all plants and surrounding areas were cleared of the spiderweb prior to spraying. Bill was kind, respectful and courteous.
