I wish to extend my sincere praise for your employee, David Arguelles. When performing our termite inspections, David is extremely thorough and attentive to detail. He treats our home as if it were his own. On several occasions we have witnessed his outstanding work performance. During a recent termite boost treatment David continued into the evening hours to complete the task. His incredible work ethic is greatly appreciated. David is personable, friendly and a pleasure to have around our home. Please commend David for his outstanding performance as he is a credit to you and the Nolen Company. Individuals like David are hard to come by, and I hope he continues to progress in his career with the Nolen Company.

I recently had AC Chauhan, a Truly Nolen Field Inspector, come solve a crazy ant problem I had going on. The ants had been in my house for days and nothing was working as far as removing them. Thankfully AC and Truly Nolen came to save the day! I had called in the morning and they were able to come same day which was such a relief. They sprayed the inside of my house and left some ant gel around (as you can see in the pictures) and the ants loved it! They also left some other baits around to help with any future pest problems. While they sprayed the house I left the cat in a room and once the spray dried the cat has had no reaction to it (aka pet friendly bug treatment). Also this post is a week or so after they came so I could ensure that the ants weren’t coming back. Another important note is that I did reach out to their customer service team to organize my payment method— and they were fantastic. They answered the phone, were super kind and quickly helped me set up my payment method. I instantly realized the value for investing in a pest control company like Truly Nolen. I’ll never have to worry about pests because I can always rely on them to show up! Thanks again AC Chauhan and the Truly Nolen Team!!

I was a customer for over three years. During that time I received several calls asking for my credit card info that for some reason was deleted. Most recently, I received a collections notice in November for an October charge but never received a call or email for this supposed charge. I contacted Truly Nolan and they verified my card info then I asked why I was sent to collections for a charge that they failed to perform. They then charged the account and stated that I would need to sign a new contract since the last had been closed by them. I did not sign a new contract and have since cancelled two appointments that I was told would be the last and was charged in January for an account that does not exist. These guys are a FRAUD and the poster child for corporate confusion. BTW, the San Marcos office management (Nichole) is non-responsive to emails and phone calls.

I just had Brian Lopez from Truly Nolan pest control in San Marcos come out to do an initial evaluation of my pest problem, which they do as a free service. He was very knowledgeable and my problem was a bit out of the ordinary and he found the cause of it in very short order. Hats off to Brian Lopez and Truly Nolan and I highly recommend them.

I have had Truly Nolen‘s seasonal pest control for more than three years, at my home in Oceanside. Our technician, Henry Leichner, is the reason we have stayed with Truly Nolen. He is thorough, knowledgeable, very kind and reliable. We had a pest infestation when we first bought this home.
