There was a waste water issue with my building my property manager sent these plumbers. I spoke on the phone and asked them to make sure they cleaned up the human feces that came out of the pipe and they said they would. When I returned home they left it all there. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with this company. Their technician failed to collect payment at the time of service, and I received an invoice six months later without any prior follow-up. As someone who manages multiple properties, I needed time to verify the work with my tenants—especially since the delay was entirely on their end. During this period, I was also facing several personal emergencies, including the recent passing of my father and the demands of running a homeless shelter. Despite explaining this, I received multiple rude and unprofessional text messages demanding payment, with no acknowledgment of the company’s error in failing to bill me promptly. Instead of accepting any responsibility, they charged me a $25 late fee on a $250 invoice simply because I couldn’t pay it within two weeks of receiving it—months after the actual service. I even called to resolve the issue and was accused of yelling when I expressed my frustration. I explained that I had attempted to pay on Friday but was unable to due to a tech issue—which the representative confirmed—but again, no empathy, no flexibility. It's disappointing to be treated so poorly over a billing error that was not my fault. I understand that businesses need to be paid, but basic human compassion and professionalism go a long way—neither of which I experienced here. -Give your money to a company with better ethos and professionalism.
