Here’s a polished Yelp review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Tustin Carpet & Flooring! I worked with Duc, the owner, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He helped me choose a beautiful, high-quality laminate floor that was exactly what I was looking for, and he gave me a great price. I was in the middle of a complete home remodel, and Duc was incredibly flexible, working around my construction schedule without any issues. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process—he was always responsive, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. The installation team did an amazing job as well. They were punctual, professional, and their workmanship was top-notch. The finished floors look beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for quality flooring, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service, I highly, highly recommend working with Duc and Tustin Carpet & Flooring. You won’t be disappointed!

One of the worst carpet companies to work with. Very Disorganized, mixed up quotes, the sales person stands at his desk on his phone while customers browse, while he answers texts.

I replaced my floors with them twice (first, my upstairs area and then my downstairs area to beautify them and make them match. First of all, I did an extensive research (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) and Tustin Carpet came back much better money wise, comparing apples to apples in quality. But the most important part was the customer service: sales and installation (installation crew 10/10, if not more) made the difference: transparent, reliable and friendly. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Easy to work with. Competitive pricing. Extensive and high quality choices. Quality workmanship. Will return for next job which is a rental. Already referred them to a few friends.
