Couldn't understand Atty, he mumbles. Doesn't answer direct questions, lies, writes up false allegations against innocent tenants. Tries to terrify tenants and uses threats as opposed to finding out what's going on because he is being lied to. He does not have an open mind. He is representing BMH N DEL AMO GARDENS WHO THIS ATTY WAS BROUGT IN TO GET RID OF TENANTS. WITHOUT HEARING BOTH SIDES, HE TAKES WORD OF MGR FOR TRUTH - BIG MISTAKE. IT IS ILLEGAL TO CONTINUE HARASSING TENANTS WITH FALSE ALLEGATIONS

After knowing and working with HKP, partner, John and great staff attorney Mai, all 5 stars are merited. They help us navigate and adhere to dynamic laws.

I have dealt with this firm for a quite a few years and have experienced stellar performance and wonderful customer service. I am an SVP of a large portfolio of communities and needless to say, we demand excellence! Hart Kienle Pentecost has satisfied and fully delivered a consistent, professional service to our company. The team at the firm is far above meeting our expectations! Thank you to all at Hart Kienle Pentecost!

I don't often give five stars, but this firm helped me immensely when I was a trustee of a family trust and a disgruntled sibling was creating major roadblocks every step of the way, preventing me from finalizing all the particulars. I had the awesome chance of being represented by Mr. Kienle, who came highly recommended as a trial attorney. You can put your trust in this law firm. They are very knowledgeable and professional and are always on their toes and up to date with the ever changing world of law.

Excellent law firm and staff! Hart King reviewed all my contracts for starting up my own yoga business. Very professional and was quick to answer any questions or concerns whenever I would e-mail them! Highly recommend!
