Since I contacted JC Refrigeration I had nothing but professional service. They answered my questions before I decided on a new unit and sent me three quotes. They even accommodated me when it became urgent. Once they were here on time, they explained what they were going to do and got it done in a days work. They work clean, efficient and professional. Manny suggested we move the AC to the other side at no extra cost and I am so glad I did. It is so much quieter. I am super happy with my new AC! I am so thankful I found them! OMG! JC Refrigeration is wonderful. I called at 9:00 pm, and Manny took my call. He was so nice and professional. He arranged for someone to come out on the day I requested. A service repair individual came out at the appointed time. He was so knowledgeable and professional and took care of my freezer problem. I cannot emphasize enough how great JC Refrigeration is!!!

I have used several companies to service my Sub-Zero 700s. I thought these guys were solid = professional, on time, friendly, and most importantly able to fix my 16 year old units at a reasonable price. My freezer door sagged and rubbing against other freezer door and difficult to close so they replaced both hinges to door which solved that issue and also replaced compressor to solve cooling issue. I will definetly try these guys again on future repairs of the 700s

We have a wine cooler unit that is dripping water. The company which installed it went out of business. We know that it was the drain pipe needs to be unplugged as we had the same problem a few years ago. My husband told me to call an HVAC company which they will know what to do. On a Monday, I have called 4 companies and no one picked up or routed me to a call center - which I hate. I finally called JC Refrigeration. Natasha picked up my call, super nice and friendly, listened to my problems and said: You got the right company. We can come on Wednesday!: I can't believe it. That's so great! Kevin came with another technician, flushed out the pipe and they are done. They are professional, know exactly what they are doing. I am very impressed! Highly recommended them!
