most locations like this in California can't take specific products . they mention tech in their bio but it's limited to items in the last 1.5 year gap. if it's electronics of any kind outside of that range and isn't a phone, laptop or gaming console you're out of luck. none of them will waste time to take it. however none of them update their yelp or Google postings about the limitations. Not that they're bad options just know it's not worth bringing to their attention. The staff here however is extremely friendly and do answer any all all inquiries in the same day. Just keeping users aware that their webpage says they also take items that the stores themselves are full on when you contact them.

Jim was great. I ran into traffic in my way to selling him some product and he was kind enough to stay for an extra 20 minutes or so on a Saturday no less. He was very thorough going over the equipment I brought in and very upfront in explaining everything from demand to selling costs to what margin he needs to make and how long it would take. You don’t see people willing to explain everything out there and negotiate as fairly as he did. I called first and got a range and when I got there I left at the higher end of the range. And the whole process took maybe 10 minutes and I had the cash in hand. I would highly recommend buying or selling from him.

Excellent place to make some money for items you’d like to offload. Be prepared to wait. They practice strict guidelines ensuring the items you are selling are factory reset (for your protection), researched for fair market value and seller information obtained. Given this day and age where theft has almost been decriminalized, I appreciate these guidelines so as not to encourage people from stealing and turning items over for a quick profit. It also makes me feel more confident about buying items from them as well. The wait is not long but if you’re not expecting it, it can be off putting. They have a great area for waiting and offer snacks. Better yet, you can schedule your lunch around it and walk to some good nearby eateries. Staff has always been kind and knowledgeable. Some of my items were not accepted but explanation as to why was always understandable.

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would! Wow the staff there is amazing and I have to give a big shoutout to Jim and Kait for the amazing experience not only did they go through, what I think was over 3000 Pokemon cards I traded in but they answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. This place is awesome and I’m definitely going back. They have a cool selection of games both new and retro, and if you trade in a lot as I did (thank you again) they have a cool set up to game while you wait. I wanna say thank you again to the staff for making my first experience there awesome and for the patience they had with all that I brought in. You guys are amazing! I also picked up a couple of cool items while I was there and I’m totally satisfied! 💯👍🏼🕹️
