Jenny Van Acker, the salesperson was very helpful and gave is super fast service. I will recommind Empire to anyone needing flooring. We love the carpet and having it installed from start to finish within 6 days was truly a welcome surprise. Very low priced for everything = certainly beat Lowes and Home Depot for timing and cost.

Sergio was the best! We thought we picked a darker carpet but instead picked a lighter color. Sergio went above and beyond to help us get the right color coming out multiple times. We are so impressed with his level of professionalism and concern. Mario and his team installed our carpet with excellent skill it was done so quick and looks amazing!!! I am so happy I love my house and I want to thank the wonderful team at Empire for making this possible.

Rod showed us exactly what we would be getting with the new flooring and explained clearly the process and work so we felt confident to go ahead, and a terrific package payment. I had some carpet put down with Empire in another house so I felt comfortable with the process. They took the old flooring and installed the new in one day for our front room and foyer and closet with a terrific job on the moulding annd transitions and were super clean about it so she enjoyed that. The pictures don’t really show the beauty of the color and how it brightens the room, but we like it. Thanks very much!

Our initial appointment was thorough with plenty of samples to choose from. The salesman was easy going and asked questions to understand what we were looking for. We were able to find exactly what we wanted, sign our contract, and pay. Our installation would have been done quickly but we ran into an undetected leak and had to fix part of our sub flooring. Empire was very good at working with us and our contractor schedule to move as we needed. Installation day finally came and everything went smoothly. Our new upstairs carpet is soft and beautiful. We are very happy!
