The technician was great! He explained everything step by step and was very polite. He put drop clothes on the floors where he was working to protect the floors. My system is now working great with drastic increase in airflow!

Allegiance Heating and Air recently came to my apartment complex to replace the heat pump in my unit, and I want to recognize the outstanding work done by their technicians, Alex and Trevor. Even though I’m not the property owner, I truly appreciated the level of service they provided. Both Alex and Trevor were professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. They completed the replacement quickly, kept the workspace clean, and went above and beyond the scope of the job to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. It’s not often you come across service teams who take this much pride in their work, so I wanted to make sure their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Allegiance Heating and Air should be proud to have employees like Alex and Trevor representing their company.

We appreciated the service we received for our heater check. We were told of work that should take place, but did not feel pressured and felt there was honesty in what was needed now, vs in the future. We plan on doing any future service through Allegiance.

Mario and his crew are so helpful, thorough and honest. We called with follow up questions and they responded immediately. He also followed up in a few days to make sure we were entirely happy. I think it’s hard to come by honest companies but trust that you are in great hands with them! 10/10 recommend!
