Why retail tenants in Santee work with HVAC providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Nik was an amazing communicator and very quick to respond to my HVAC request during what I must assume as their extremely busy time during a massive heat wave. He arrived next day AND defined my issue quickly and easily, we should all be so lucky to work with contractors like this, the world would be a better place!
This was at my private home, and as a realtor, this is the experience and response I wish my every client had….we will call them back soon!

Nik was great! I contacted him and he was able to stop by the next day to troubleshoot. He then was able to find the part needed locally and come back the same day to repair our cooling unit.
Fast service, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable costing. I would highly recommend Nik and Pantaira Heating and Air.

Pantaira Heating and Air went above and beyond my request to install a heater for my home. I was up against an issue with my home equity loan. I had a deadline to meet to have a heater installed to complete the requirements of my home equity loan. Pantaira Heating and Air got me a quote and installed the heater and Ac in a timely manner. They have great customer service and explain to me in detail throughout the process of the installation. I strongly recommend this company for anyone who has a need for a Heater or AC installed in their home. Thanks, guys, for quick efficient professional service.
