The price was very fair—much better than some of the big-name contractors. The owner and his team were great to work with: very responsive, professional, and always on time. The installation was done with high-quality workmanship, and the system is running perfectly. They even noticed that my previous AC unit had been installed with improper electrical brackets, which could have caused a fire. They replaced everything properly, which gave me great peace of mind. All of my questions were answered, and everything was explained clearly so I felt confident about the process and the equipment. This company is truly a rare find—great value, excellent service, and outstanding quality. 3-28-24. It was finally time to replace the 30+ year old AC in our house. Vadim at Fresh Air came recommended to me from a homebuilder friend of mine. From the initial consultation to following up on his quote, to the complete install, Vadim and his crew were on top of their game. We bought a new 3-Ton condenser and 2-stage 70K BTU furnace, along with all new plenum and redesigned ductwork in the attic for better air distribution. His price was extremely fair, and from demoing the old system, to the crane set of the RTU, to the new ducting, to the sweep-up: they complete the job in a single 9 hour day. I've been a large scale builder my whole life, and it's always a pleasure to know when you've hired the right contractor for your personal residence. Fresh Air Mechanical was the perfect company for my new AC. Fair, friendly and fast. Thanks Vadim & Andrew!
