My unit wasn’t working, and with a small baby in the house I was really worried we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed quickly. Thankfully, the Straight Shooter team was able to do a same-day repair and truly saved the day. The technician was professional, efficient, and got everything working again fast. What really stood out was that the owner, Scott, even reached out afterward to make sure I was taken care of. That level of customer service means a lot. Their customer service was great and shockingly were able to get someone out on the same day. Jordan P arrived, was polite, covered his shoes and assessed our system and concerns. Huge thanks to Aaron and the entire team at Straight Shooters Heating and Cooling! This past week, our company faced a major challenge while on the road. We had one of our event trucks travel from Austin, Texas to California for a series of events, and the AC unit in our mobile showroom—critical to our presentations—unexpectedly went out. We were in a tough spot, unsure if we’d be able to find anyone capable of working on a specialized setup like this. Aaron responded quickly and was on-site the very next day. He helped us coordinate and install a new heat pump and mini-split system directly onto the truck.
