We were very happy with the whole process. Ricky, the initial inspector was knowledgeable, friendly and on time. The follow-up treatment seemed very thorough and if they need to come back they will fix whatever had reappeared. One mistake we made was missing two annual inspections in a row which voided the warranty. That won't happen again! Great company, great service.

Michael Walker came out to my home to do an inspection for termites. He was very thorough, explaining along the way what he found and offering recommendations of what I could do to protect my home from termites. Luckily he only found a small area that had termites and besides treating this area he recommended a preventive spray in the attics. I agreed and Michael arranged for a crew to come out to do the work. Michael and the crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and so nice. I love the fact that I also received a 2 year service warranty which includes an annual inspection. Using Xtermite is so easy and safe and I highly recommend.
